Same problem. Will not take all kcup brands. Tired of wasting good product on a poor design. Please fix or give me my money back!

Over the past two years I have purchased 3 Keurig coffe machines and have had problems with every one of them. The last purchase lasted a month before it started making a clicking noise and all the lights stared flashing and stopped working. The other problem was it would require cleaning every couple of weeks, even if we used filtered water. We wasted as many coffee pods as we used. My machine will not accept some of its own brands with their symbol on it. You can't find a consumer contact on their web pages. I think it is total greed to make a machine that will not accept all K cups, but I dealt with that. But it will not take the Snapple brands that have the Keurig symbol on it. I only been using my Keurig 2.0 since March. The first month was great but now Everytime I make a cup of coffee it only gives me about 4oz when I pressed for 8oz. This happens almost every time. I called and they walked me through the cleaning process even after I told them I just did it the week before. It's still happening and I called again and they told me my machine works fine. Every time i use my Keurig 2.0 it clogs up. The cleaning process is a joke besides i should not have to clean it everytime i make a cup of coffee. The only way it works is to brew water. Waste of my money

I got my 2.0 for xmas its my first. Up until this point i had no desire for one cauae i. Had friend's who complained about theres and i always brewed my own. Welll after about a month of using my keurig and trying many different types of coffee and tea. I love it don't think i could be without one now. It's no waste hot just right coffee. My machine works great. Absolutey great

My old Keurig broke down (as it has about every 2 years) and the last time I returned it to Costco it was replaced with the 2.0 model...I called Keurig because the 169 KCups I had from the old model would not work...Keurig refused to replace them after they initially told me they would...I was lied to....get a Nespresso and run from Keurig as fast as you can!!! I received this unit as a gift. It was a decent machine when it worked right. It often wouldn't brew the selected cup size or not allow a brew selection without resetting the machine. It lasted 2 years I'm not sorry to see it go, i am sorry that I was invested in this system when it did. I replaced it with a mr coffee single. Which was worse in quality. I can't believe what a piece of *** these brewers are. I bought the new K300 and it wouldn't even work for a day. We *** around with it for a week and wasted many k-cups trying to get a cup of coffee. Took it back and bought another one. It's just as bad or worse! So much for them only working with their own K-cups! It won't work at all with their cups! Only when I use my own coffee in the special cartridge. I just want my money back and... Read more

After owning two of your keurig brand machines, I truely loved your brand. I recomended the product often until we owned the 2.0 model. Unfortunately after the machine quite accepting ANY k-cup, refillable or not. We will never be buying another keurig coffee machine. Im not sure if it is a sensor that has gone bad but it has been terribly frustrating with such lack of quality compared to previous models. Read more
