Keurig - Great customer service
We had a classic that brewed very watery coffee. I thought they were trying to keep us hangin from buying diff k cups saying it was the k cups but not only did they give us a coupon for new k cups, they then sent us a replacement keurig. We had really good customer service especially with me having been cranky not having my coffee for a few days.
Settled with Keurig
After talking with the Keurig corporate office, this matter has been settled to the satisfaction of both parties.
My Keurig is infested with roaches, in spite of doing what the company tells you what to do.
