2 weeks out and no replacement

A return since Cold coffee for a replacement. The Machine was a gift from our Daughter. No receipt. It has been a very long time and no new Coffee Maker after several weeks.

Order Never Came

Ordered a replacement pot for the DUO and they sent it to the wrong address, it is currently stuck somewhere in the world trying to go back to Kuerig in redlands, ca and there is no further shipping information. I called twice at 2 hours phone time and NO ONE can help me figure out when I will get my pot! Don't mess with people's COFFEE...KUERIG you should no better than that!!

I called the company because I could not get the thing that says clean it..I did but it never changed anything.after calling them they explained it was just out of warranty and all they did is try to sell me another one.so I said no 3 times. Finally they said take a pic of the serial# and a pic of a post it not with my name and address on it they would send me a brand new one in 7 to 10 days! I never received and I was very disappointed

You cant reheat the coffee pot after 2 hours. That sucks. How do I keep it hot? After 2 hours? I guess I have to go and buy a Brun coffee maker. That doesnt turn off in 2 hours. I the your product SUCKS! But for the Kcups is ok. I will never perchest KEUrig coffee again.

I called the customer service department to try to order a part the needle that punches the bottom of the pod and they said that theyll just send me the whole assembly because its very hard to put together and it wouldve been and they send it free of charge and even pay the shipping

I called customer service who assured me that after finding my purchase from the serial number they would send a replacement. I sent all the pictures they ask for.

The coffee maker was a gift to start with so tracking down receipt was a chore. I did get it and did send it back only to be told it was unaccepted now. I don't think it was ever intended to replace.. I think your products are sub-standard and your customer experience is horrible, I will never recommend a Keurig and will never buy another.

I think your customer service and coffee makers are a scam! I will find every website and store and leave a very negative review.

Poor customer service

Pathetic customer service and unresponsiveness! Bought a Keurig Drinkworks system last summer and then submitted for Keurigs reimbursement in February after they discontinued product.

Have contacted them a dozen times via email or phone. Told initially that it is being processed. Now told that the program has ended and I am not eligible despite applying for reimbursement and receiving confirmation well within window. Completely switching to Nespresso.

Was a Keurig customer for years but so frustrated with the Drinkmaster experience and the horrible customer service (kept receiving auto responses or the person was not reading my question). Cant even use the machine because it is stuck on the chilling process.

I have a Keurig that is not making coffee, customer service has said they sent e mail to return. No email but they send coffee and other items to buy. Second Keurig in a year, so wrong they don’t help.

I've been waiting on my Keurig since UPS picked it up, I looked to see when I will receive my replacement it said 3-7 business day's.So they received my Keurig on 08-04-2022 now I'm like okay let me call in to see why I still haven't gotten it she just put the order in yesterday when I called really didn't think I had to call for them to put my order in this is crazy UPS picks it up release my dango Replacement I've been out buying coffee...And this is my 3rd Gold Keurig...Smh

My keurig is not turning on

Each Keurig machine I have bought barely lasts 8 months to less than two years. The last one I bought barely lasted one year and now its not turning on. For the amount of money spent on numerous keurigs since theyve been breaking down, its not worth it. We have descaled when the descale sign comes on. I even bought the special K-cup container descale.
