I called customer service who assured me that after finding my purchase from the serial number they would send a replacement. I sent all the pictures they ask for.
The coffee maker was a gift to start with so tracking down receipt was a chore. I did get it and did send it back only to be told it was unaccepted now. I don't think it was ever intended to replace.. I think your products are sub-standard and your customer experience is horrible, I will never recommend a Keurig and will never buy another.
I think your customer service and coffee makers are a scam! I will find every website and store and leave a very negative review.

Pathetic customer service and unresponsiveness! Bought a Keurig Drinkworks system last summer and then submitted for Keurigs reimbursement in February after they discontinued product.
Have contacted them a dozen times via email or phone. Told initially that it is being processed. Now told that the program has ended and I am not eligible despite applying for reimbursement and receiving confirmation well within window. Completely switching to Nespresso.
Was a Keurig customer for years but so frustrated with the Drinkmaster experience and the horrible customer service (kept receiving auto responses or the person was not reading my question). Cant even use the machine because it is stuck on the chilling process.

I have a Keurig that is not making coffee, customer service has said they sent e mail to return. No email but they send coffee and other items to buy. Second Keurig in a year, so wrong they don’t help.
