Keurig - Only one star
I bought a mini keurig that only worked randomly for about three weeks. It would brew intermittent and then would just shut off and leak. I contacted their consumer care and they have had me taking pictures of my receipt, s/n, page of hand printed information taken next to my keurig. Ive been going back and forth with them for 3 hours. They say now my receipt where I purchased is unacceptable. Im done I felt like I was jumping hoops for them all morning. Its insulting. Dont waste your time calling or emailing take your keurig back and be done with them.

Bad Keurig documentation. Cheaply made internals

I have been buying Keurig coffee makers since they cam on the market. I have bought 8 or 9 of them alltogether.

No more. The last one smoked and then quit functioning alltogether during a descaling, that's not the first one to do that either. I followed the descaling procedure in the provided documentation and poof, not more coffee maker. Their documentation is either wrong, or the circuitry failed during the descaling process.

Either way, that's the last one I will but. I am currently using a Cuisinart coffee maker that is similar to the Keurig in that it accepts pods.Look elsewhere, Keurig is overpriced andd breaks easily.

Sumatra Earthy& Herbal Kcups. You advertise this coffee in the brown box. But what I received is Sumatra Rich Herbs & Rustic Spices in a green box. Not what I ordered. Supervisor was able to guide me in clear English and now the unit is working properly. Descaling step as explained by the supervisor made for a easier process.

Buyer Beware When Looking at Keurig

We bought a mini-3-cup Keurig for $55.00. It is not the price of the purchase, since when we purchased it we were ok with the price. The issues it that we opened the box to find out there was no filter holder. When contacting Customer Service, we were informed that it was an accessory. Visiting Amazon this piece is $17.00. So if you think you are able to open the box and make a cup of coffee...SURPRISE!

Keurig stopped working after one week of use. This is the second Keurig that I have purchased in one year. I thought that the other didnt last because it was smaller and too cheap. I was wrong. The directions lead to absolutely no improvement. After spending a entire day following the companys suggestions and google searches I could not get this second more expensive Keurig( See the picture) working,

My coffee pot stopped working after only 10 months. It was purchased thru their websight and registered with them. I called to report that my pot stopped working.

They sent an email stating that I needed to show a receipt for the purchase, send a picture of the pot, a picture of the serial # and a written note about what was wrong with the coffee pot. First, they confirmed the date of purchase with me after checking their computer.

Second, I don't have a receipt of purchase after 10 months.. They finally said OK just send the picture of the pot, picture of the serial # and the written note which I did.

Just received an email from them rejecting my claim because the written note was not in the same picture with the pot. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR IT'S WARRANTY.

My current K-Supreme Plus made it a whole 4 months. Ran the 1st descale cycle and it died. Looked on line and it appears this is normal for a 200 plus machine. Called the online troubleshooting and we'll see how quickly it is replaced. These machines are not reliable, they are poorly made, and they do not lend themselves to user repair. The product idea is GREAT, the machines are junk. By the pod brewers from another manufacturer. If you do buy a Keurig, SAVE YOUR RECIEPT !! You will need it !!

Broken keurig

I bought a K supreme Ive had keurig before So I got this because of the design, because of my Arthritis, it worked perfectly for 6 months then just stopped working tried all the troubleshooting nothing worked, know Im on a fixed income so Im not happy about this QVC is offering on a special like I bought before, but Im thinking of going with a different brand, You need too recall products when you have to many complaints which Ive seen since mine stopped working. When people fatally support your products.

Absolutely the worst customer service possible

Called several times to resolve an issue with the so called smart delivery. Absolutely the dumbest system ever since it won't order and you will be without coffee. Two levels of customer service and just as useless as the machine is to order. I have been a customer since 2005 and now done as of 2022. Canceled everything. Very upsetting. FYI. Customer service will call you via a restricted line which my pixel phone and apparently Verizon has labeled as spam. No way out of this. And customer service doesn't listen.

Keurig just stopped working. Purchased October 2021 from BJ's Wholesale Club. We are currently traveling and it just stopped working so I do not have access to the receipt at the moment. However, customer service advised me to submit picture of the unit with s/n and shipping instructions.
