My coffee maker doesn't stay on

My keurig wouldnt brew properly. The customer service rep was patient with helping me troubleshoot my coffee maker and the problem got fixed. She also informed me on how to avoid the problem in the future.

We replaced our classic Keurig coffee maker with a new Supreme Plus and found it hard to use with a poor quality. It came with wrong accessories and poor directions. It had not gone through a quality control process. We're sending it back.

Stopped working

My Keurig coffee maker stopped working this morning so I dont know whats wrong with it.It was working fine this morning had one cup of coffee out of it and I usually do I put 2 cups in the morning. It would not work for my second.

My Keurig stopped working and I called Keurig May 25, took steps on hoping to get it working again. I started working after a couple of days stop working again.

I paid 79+ dollars for this thing. I expect compensation for it which I have a hard time excepting.

Because I have two keurigs that are not that old and stopped working

I have two one I had bought and is not that old and has stopped working so I purchased another one and also having trouble with it it works sometimes

After numerous failed attempts to connect by phone I gave up and bought another brand of coffee maker. After owning several Keurigs I have switched brands and will never buy another one.

Machine, after cleaning it, will not turn off, all light are on, will not go off, machine not brewing. Have emailed customer service 3 times, called their help line; was left on hold so long the phone system terminated my call; then left a call back request and number as directed by Keurig's automated phone system; but, no call back after two days and two emails telling them about my situation.

After descaling, the unit would not turn on . I called tech support for help, they determined that the unit had failed and was under warranty. They shipped replacement which is to be delivered tomorrow. I will return bad unit. The help was very much appreciated, quick and efficient.

on Feb 2 I called company my KEURIG LOST POWER NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD. From day one it has been a round around. First person did not put right email address in. When I called back again they had to find my account by phone number. Once again gave my email address this person said they had wrong email address. I checked and finally got a email from the company. I did what they asked I emailed them back at the email they provided a picture of the number on my Keurig, Which they said would work since I don't have receipt of purchase. Like I said who keeps a receipt from a coffee pot purchased 6 months ago. Waited over ten days called back. Again told they never received my email. Was given a different email address to again email the picture of the number. each time my emails never failed showed they went thru on my computer. Called several hours later still no help. Again account had to be brought up with my phone number. Was told I would receive a return call from a supervisor. Few hours later my phone rung caller ID had China. Now who would answer a call from China. Message left could hardly understand person. Only understood the name Keurig. Of course what a surprise when I returned the call that was left to give my mailing address. Was not a working number. Again I called was transferred to another department spoke to a lady again difficult to understand. She knew the Keurig I have and asked for my mailing address. I asked her how do you know that is the proper Keurig I have. Response by the number you gave in your previous calls. Asked her if the number is in my file from several previous calls. Than why didn't they just send me my Keurig 2 weeks ago.

We've loved our Keurig machines, which we've used for more than 10 years. We bought a new K Supreme Plus last week and it does not compare with our existing machine. We will sadly exchange it for something else.

Ordered coffee maker which came with 2 free boxes of coffee. Received one tracking # for all 3 items. Received coffee only so I called customer service for tracking # for coffee maker. Was told it would take 48 hrs before some one would contact me. I called back 6 hrs later and was told the same thing. After reading reviews on same issues where customers got called back a week later I ended up calling back next day to cancel order with refund. Rep talked me out of cancelling order and assured me coffee maker would arrive next day (Thursday). He ended up cancelling order after I got off phone with him the dumb *** I'm done with Keurig.

Bought the single use filter basket. it does not fit correctly in the coffee maker. It popped open, making a huge mess, and that is when i found out that a Keurig is impossible to clean. It is also of flimsy construction. So much for K-cups, which I have found out cost $54/pound.

Problem with my keurig. This is my 2nd one

Descale light came on. Followed procedure to descale. All lights went out and won't restart. This machine less than 28 months old. We have one over 8 years old and it works fine

First of all love love concept of my Keurig! Ive been thru four in a short span and I know they have a issue because everyone post about it!! Yes I bought another one and three months in hardly used my coffee maker just stops brewing! Yes Ive checked the magnet and dismantled it only to a certain point! Help line has me doing major surgery on it!! No get your act together... we pay for your product!! Im not a repair man! Done with this brand!! Waste of money!!!!
