Keurig K-Classic. Stopped working after 6 weeks.

Purchased from Amazon on 04-24. Shortly after return period the power failed and this machine does not work. Left two separate reviews. One to Amazon and twice to Keurig via Amazon site.5 months have passed no one has bothered to reply. re-worked the review two weeks ago. Still no response.

My keurig caught on fire and melted

Not resolved they should replace it ,they want to give me a discount on a new one wow,my home could of burnt down

The serial number off of somewhat melted and got thrown out,and can maybe give me a "discount " for a new one .Are you kidding me right now it could have burnt down my home.That being said you won't even replace it cause I didn't keep something on it .Wow !!!!! YOUR SUPPOSE TO BE THE BEST!!!!

No notication thatmyorder was not available at the time. I waited patiently then decided to call and see where my coffee went to . It was then I was told they didnt have stock so couldnt fill my order. Why wasnt I advised of the situation. I think thats the least they could do soIm not looking everyday for my ups delivery

Hello, No, My issue never got resolved. According to the person that I spoke to, she told that someone was going to call me to resolve my issue but never got a call. I'extremely disappointed with the product and your customer service. My coffee maker just lasted only got 1year and 10 months.

Looking for my coffee order

I put in my order October 3 . I called today to see why I hadnt received it. Upon calling and relating my concern I was told there were none in stock at that time so none was sent nor did I get notified that they had none which would have been the right thing to do. I think not notifying the customer is wrong and I am surprised that this company wouldnt alert their customer !

No water filter

ShockedI can't believe a starter water filter is not included in the purchase box. So, after calling about it, I'm told that no filter is included, and she hears that often. Wonder why? So be advised, you're on your own to get a filter after you open the box. Then you can make a cup of coffee.

Your website is horrible I gave all the correct addresses for my billing credit card but wanted it shipped to another address your site would not allow it I called and spoke with a representative he could not get it done either your site is horrible Im going to go buy this somewhere else youve just lost business.

Warranty replacement

I purchased a Keurig Slim coffee maker and it worked for three weeks and then ceased to brew.. I called customer service and talked to a tech rep who had me do several different things, none of which had any effect.

He then told me that if I supplied him with proof of purchase and proof of delivery they would send a replacement. I did that on July 30. On July 5 I responded to his email and asked for the status of my replacement. No answer.

I then called Customer Service on July 7 and asked for the status of the replacement. Incredibly, she told me that they did not have my address!!!

(That information was included in the Warranty form that I filled out online and submitted it on July 30.)Hope that you don' have to deal with "Customer "Service." The current prognosis is 7 to 10 days to expect the replacement. We'll see about that!

Brewer only occasionally,eraticly brews coffee,despite following tips to fix online.

I want coffee when I want it not on that rare occasion that the brewer decides to work.I have cleaned descaled done every tip I could,sometimes it works,sometimes not. I bought the pod and carafe maker so I wouldn't have to take more time making French press,big mistake.

Over charged

On October 9th I was charged twice for my auto shipment in the amount of $79 and change. I was told that a email had been sent explains this error with a coupon for a free coffee. I have not received this email and my account has still not been credited for this overage. Please take care of this immediately.

I love our Keurig 2.0 but am extremely disappointed that the bottom needle broke off the K-cup holder and no longer works. After researching it seems that this is a common problem that the manufacturer should replace.

They actually replace those for free. Call the customer service phone number. They don’t charge for shipping either....
