Over charged

On October 9th I was charged twice for my auto shipment in the amount of $79 and change. I was told that a email had been sent explains this error with a coupon for a free coffee. I have not received this email and my account has still not been credited for this overage. Please take care of this immediately.

Brewer only occasionally,eraticly brews coffee,despite following tips to fix online.

I want coffee when I want it not on that rare occasion that the brewer decides to work.I have cleaned descaled done every tip I could,sometimes it works,sometimes not. I bought the pod and carafe maker so I wouldn't have to take more time making French press,big mistake.

Trying to purchase starter kit

Your website is horrible I gave all the correct addresses for my billing credit card but wanted it shipped to another address your site would not allow it I called and spoke with a representative he could not get it done either your site is horrible Im going to go buy this somewhere else youve just lost business.

I hate my Keurig

My mini has been replaced three times and each unit has had unacceptable issues. They have a million excuses - it's my water, it's my coffee (Starbucks). The machine does not perform. Imagine getting up in the morning and having to fight your coffee maker. I'm going back to good ol Mr Coffee because it actually works.

Do a search online for "how to descale Keurig." It is simple and there is no need to buy the descaling solution from Keurig---you can make your own with water and vinegar.

Doesn't work

I bought a Keurig K-Mini Plus. After one use, the silver handle got stuck and I couldn't close it. I learned how to reach in with my index finger to get it to close. Then I tried, and tried again, to get a cup of coffee. Even though I had only used it once, I cleaned it. No coffee. I got one damn cup of coffee out of that thing.

I ordered a Keurig slim that was defective. Was sent another one also defective. Both units have been returned. I have called and emailed several times and have yet to receive a refund. All they say is yes its been received youll have a refund in 2-5 days. Its been several weeks and still nothing.

My Keurig is leaking water

I purchased a Keurig K-slelect about 2 weeks ago it and it has started leaking water. My counter top was full of water. I sure hope you can help me with this issue

Keurig - Bottom needle broke off new keureg
I love our Keurig 2.0 but am extremely disappointed that the bottom needle broke off the K-cup holder and no longer works. After researching it seems that this is a common problem that the manufacturer should replace.

They actually replace those for free. Call the customer service phone number. They don’t charge for shipping either....
