Not resolved

i recenctly called keurig because my 5th unit stopped working. i called and went threw over 30 minutes describing what happened, was not my falt but was treated like it was then was told they would not warranty the unit, even though it was an electrical issue.

they offered to sell me another 2.0 upgrade for an amazing low price of 144.00 so i bought it with them because i trusted they would treat their customer that have been loyal to them since they started well.. i was wrong,wrong,wrong.. they sent me a brown box with just a unit in it.. nothing else....

:-( i since have seen the same unit at BJ's club for 25.00 less and has all sorts of good stuff added in the box... so thanks for *** a loyal customer and i will NEVER buy or recomend Keurig to anyone,,, and i to this point always have..
