wanted to descale brewer; directions stated in ounces; brewer does not indicate ounces only icons of cups; called, chatted, etc NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO SELECT WHICH BUTTON and when I somehow get around their robot the person on line is very difficult to understand ; can;t even get to a mgr-none ever around; very poor customer service-they do not stand behind their product; my entire time on phone is constantly repeating serial number; date obtained; email, address DO NOT BUY KEURIG NOR K CUPS

Product and Customer service TERRIBLE!

The product stopped working in less than 1 year and customer service didn't want to replace but instead, tried to sell me a new one. What terrible customer service which don't stand behind their product in addition to the many reporting health issues.

Do Not Waste Your Money on the Keurig Essentials Duo!
I purchased seven of these units for my short-term rental properties and in the past three months, two of them stopped working properly. The most common failure which is well documented in online complaints, is that the K-cup brewing side stops working and instead diverts water to the carafe side.

This exact issue happened to me on both units.
I contacted Keurig support, which was an ordeal in itself. The representative was difficult to understand, but I followed all the troubleshooting steps. None of them worked. Keurig's solution was to offer me a discount on another one of their machines.

Why would I buy another defective product?
At $140 per unit, this is an absolute waste of money. If two out of seven machines failed so quickly, that speaks to poor quality control and design flaws.

A coffee maker should last longer than a year or two!
Keurigs warranty and customer service are just as disappointing as their products. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a reliable coffee maker.

Marker bought 13 months ago used 8 mos. If that single person makes 4 cups per day.

I am writing this review for customers thinking of buying NOT customer service because if you read review news ALL bad and they don't care!! The first customer service l talked with hung up on me the second one l talked to p ask to Specht with a supervisor has anyone called me NO!!

They offered me 25% off haha on their website you can get 20% off I WONT BUY A KEURIG l plugged in my very old black n decker thermos machine works great thank God l saved it,so if you buy one of Keurig keep your old pot you will need it trust me and read reviews.
My question after reading reviews and Keurig don't care we should have a class action against this company period they are taking advantage of people l am a single senior l don't have tons of money to waste . Contact me

I wasn't happy to even have to pay a discounted price to replace my 3rd broken Keurig in 3 years, but after them making a 50% off full price offer, I decided to accept it. Of course they won't offer it on the model I want.
First they said it's out of stock. When I went online and it's orderable and available, they then said that model doesn't qualify. Really? From terrible to even worse service!

They first told me that I needed to take it back to Walmart but they only take it back for up to 90 days. I bought it 7 months ago. I demanded a full refund but was told they don’t give your money back. They told me that they would replace the Keurig coffee maker within 48 hours. I’ll let you know if they honor their word and warranty.
