We’ve bought Green Mt Columbian Fair Trade for years and have never had a problem like this. The new light-green foil tops have a defective seal which lifts and spews grounds while brewing. We will not buy again, unless they fix this problem!!!

I’ve already emailed Keurig about this problem and have not received a response.

Obviously a design or manufacturing flaw. They will correct the problem but in the meantime, realize you are over-paying for the brand name.

Find another brand to use in your Keurig. A cheaper one, of course.

I had also called the Keurig customer service number, complaining about the newly-designed K-cups and asked if here have been other complaints. Her response was “This is the first I’ve heard about it.” Yeah, right!!!!!!

She also said that I need to email Keurig my complaint, which I did 5 days ago and no response!!! I have a feeling Keurig will soon be overwhelmed with complaints!!!!
