I have had a keurig brewer for years and decided to upgrade to a larger model. The company has replaced the brewer 4 seperate times in the past year and are offering this solution again today.
I have wasted multiple k-cups of various brands I have cleaned according to care instructions but always the same result. Not to mention the creamer, sugar and other items wasted and still no cup. It's a mess. Why continue to replace a defective product.
Give me my money back on all the expensive kcups wasted and the other products wasted. This happened 4 times this morning alone.
I will not spend another penny on KEURIG AND OR THEIR PRODUCTS! VERY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER
