According to the Keurig help section, the process date is a date when you want your auto-delivery to process and/or the frequency in which your auto-delivery processes. You should be able to adjust it on the Adjust My Schedule page in your Keurig account.

Why does my Keurig M80 flow water right at start up?My machine 's water starts automatically pumping cold water as soon as I hit the on/off button. I have to reset the machine to get it back to normal.

I called Keurig support and they determined the problem was because I was using distilled water instead of spring water or purified water.

That doesn't make sense. Has anyone else had this problem?

As stated on blog.crosscountrycafe.com, distilled water is an excellent choice for brewing coffee in your Keurig because it is purified, containing less than 1 PPM of minerals. However, Another Cuppa Joe indicates that distilled water cannot be used in a Keurig 2.0 because it has sensors that detect mineral content in water. If you’re using distilled water, the sensors don’t work, and you’ll receive an error message when trying to use your machine.
According to the article, posted at coffeestylish.com, you may try to
  • unplug the machine;
  • remove the reservoir;
  • turn the machine upside down;
  • shake slightly;
  • tap the bottom a few times.
If you’re using distilled water, switch to tap, filtered or bottled water. Empty the tank, rinse well and fill with fresh water. It’s not recommended to use distilled or softened water in Keurig coffee makers.

Question:

I have a Keurig that didn't have a filter within the reservoir. I purchased the filter assembly thru amazon but it does not fit securely on top of the post at the bottom of the reservoir.

The filter is left floating in the water.

Is there an attachment for the bottom that will affix the filter assembly I can purchase? Thank you, Nancy Kelman
