Tried to check out twice. I got a message saying PP didn't pay.

I went to my PP site; there were 2 identical amounts charged. My credit card associated with PP sent me 2 emails showing identical charges. I called the support phone number. I got the same guy in India that tried to help with Verizon and Spectrum back in March (just kidding).

I had a hard time understanding him. His solution was that he would check out for me online, thus incurring a third charge for the same items. I said no thanks. I tried to fill out Keurig's form to send an email; that was a joke.

I kept on getting a message that said something about the order number being in the payload. I was pissed, then I found this site.

The most fragile piece of our coffee maker broke, and I attempted to order a part to replace it. However, this most fragile piece, the blue plastic piece on the reservoir, is not available either on the entire assembly or elsewhere.

I was not told that, so I was trying to return the parts I did purchase, and it was a nightmare trying to get them to return it.

I had to create an account online, and then when I went to the UPS store to ship it back, it was extremely difficult to get the exact address to send the part back to. I believe they must intentionally not make that part available so people have to buy an entirely new coffee maker; why else would it not come as one of those two parts?

I did contact the company and they couldn't have cared less. They told me that it wasn't under warranty and that they would be happy to sell me a new one. I'm not interested in purchasing anything from Keurig in the future and it's not worth the energy or time to pursue a resolution- i'm sure that's what they're counting on..

I received a coffee Maker about 6 months ago as a gift and opened up the box today to replace the one I had. It will not work, it does nothing but power on.

It will not do one cycle or respond to any pushed buttons. I called customer service and he told me that since it was out of warranty they'd be happy to sell me one. The customer service was terrible. He kept reading from a script and repeating everything I already told him I did and telling me to do it again.

He kept telling me to run a cycle through even though I explained more than once that it wouldn't do anything. If I took him off script by telling him I already did it he got confused and had to start over. Very, very disappointed and we'll be looking to purchase another brand.

Absolutely horrible customer service and a horrible product when you take it out of the box, it doesn't work and they won't take any responsibility for it. Maybe this is the tactic that people get angry because of the incompetence of customer service and they don't have to replace anything.

I bought a Keurig K-Express Essentials coffee maker last August. It worked perfectly from August 2024 until today (March 3, 2025) ...

when I was STUPID ENOUGH to follow the directions printed on the inner label of the [expensive] descaling solution I had intentionally and meticulously bought to clean it.
After following their generalized instructions, the device STOPPED WORKING.
I called Keurig and was promptly told, "Oh, those aren't the complete instructions. You also have to do the following, yaddah yaddah yaddah. (This included manipulating a couple of buttons in a way I hadn't and using a completely different method than I'd used).
Since I'd owned several other Keurig coffee makers before (but used vinegar to descale them), I felt no particular compunction to save the receipt for this one.
What ANGERS me is that the device was working until I followed Keurig's OWN INSTRUCTIONS to clean it, and managed to break it doing so. So I decided against their offer of 25% off another Keurig; I decided against hassling with the bank to wade back through several months of transactions to pinpoint the $80.00 or so I'd dropped for the thing at WalMart; I decided against ever owning another Keurig as long as I live.
HOW DIFFICULT would it be for a manufacturer to include a caveat in its accessory instructions to the effect that "THESE INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD BE FOLLOWED AS A GENERAL GUIDE; FOR PRECISE INSTRUCTIONS SEE YOUR OWNERS MANUAL" ...

instead of MISLEADING a consumer by supplying INCOMPLETE instructions and then informing him of that when he calls their customer support AFTER the unit is already broken?
I challenge ANYONE reading this to find where it mentions ANYTHING about using 8 ounces of water per cleaning interval or pressing the 8 ounce and 10 ounce buttons simultaneously.

Please keep in mind that MY model would be considered a "Keurig Brewer with a Water Reservoir".
My advice: these guys are like SONY; they have so many different models -- apparently with different cleaning modalities -- they can't keep up with themselves. Go elsewhere.

Made coffee, didn't have enough water, put in more water and the machine died. Tried all troubleshooting advice.

Called the company and spoke to a robot. Asked for a manager but the robot couldn't do that. Then I got a broken record. The machine is in a vacation home, so it was never used much.

Of course, the warranty ended. The robot was no help. Plus, they want to offer you a new overpriced product. They are not interested in even fixing the machine.

More plastic in the dump.

And no recycling for cups. Plus, most coffee is awful.

This company is a joke and the so-called customer service is ran by toddlers. Wait, that is making toddlers look bad. I have tried for over a month to get my auto-ship order. Each time I called into Customer Service I was alway told by someone who barely spoke English that "don't worry sir, it shows your order processing. You will get coffee next week.' What a bunch of BS!!! Never processed fully and when it did and they charged my form of payment, it was credited right back. I used four different methods of payment and each one was the same.

I asked to speak with a supervisor this last time and was on hold for almost 30 mins only to be told the supervisor was in a meeting. I said, well get me another. They were all then meeting with other customers. I said either get me a supervisor or I cancel everything and will write about my experience on every platform I could. Went on hold again for another 15 min. During that time, I researched Keurig and found they had an ASTRONOMICAL 1.2 star rating!!! I read some reviews and guess what, everyone else that had issues seemed to have a real issue with the lack of customer service. So when the rep came back on and once again told me the supervisors were busy, I brought this to her attention. She had no response.

I cancelled an order I had with them (not that it would have ever been fulfilled anyways), and pulled all payment types as a few reviews showed fraudulent charging. I then went on to AMAZON and ordered they same coffee I was getting from Keurig for $20 less.

Save yourself a headache and stay THE *** away from this company!! It is a shame as we have purchased numerous coffeemakers from them for us and family, however I do not know what is going on with their customer service department!! Just plain IDIOTS!

Hello,

I have a Keurig with the latte and cappuccino frother on the side (unsure of the model number). It started turning off as soon as I hit the brew button (on Easter morning when I was hosting, of course!).

I attempted to contact Bed Bath and Beyond to get my receipt/model number and they said they no longer have it in my account due to being bought out by Overstock...? Please let me know what further steps I can take to remedy this situation.

This was a very expensive purchase and I hoped it would last longer. (I already tried cleaning the needle as suggested online.)

Do Not Waste Your Money on the Keurig Essentials Duo!
I purchased seven of these units for my short-term rental properties and in the past three months, two of them stopped working properly. The most common failure which is well documented in online complaints, is that the K-cup brewing side stops working and instead diverts water to the carafe side.

This exact issue happened to me on both units.
I contacted Keurig support, which was an ordeal in itself. The representative was difficult to understand, but I followed all the troubleshooting steps. None of them worked. Keurig's solution was to offer me a discount on another one of their machines.

Why would I buy another defective product?
At $140 per unit, this is an absolute waste of money. If two out of seven machines failed so quickly, that speaks to poor quality control and design flaws.

A coffee maker should last longer than a year or two!
Keurigs warranty and customer service are just as disappointing as their products. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a reliable coffee maker.

Keuring obviously has a common problem with their product. Many people have had the same issue that is well documented on the internet.

After you descale the Keurig, it will power off and not work again. I had the same issue with 2 other Keurigs.. (mini 4 cup) and called to have fixed. I purposely bought a higher quality Keurig at Costco thinking that I would have better luck.after a year and a half I experienced the same issue with it.I will never purchase another Keurig.

Given as a gift, bought direct, completed troubleshooting. Last question was for receipt - did not have it, they rejected her.

I am very disappointed with my K-Slim Single Serve Coffee Maker! This is the SECOND one l've owned.

The first one stopped working after two weeks.

I sent all the documentation requested after contacting Customer Service for a refund. I received an email (approximately two weeks later) to call Customer Service. I called and was told they could not send me the exact coffee maker, as they no longer made this model. I was told they would send me a replacement, a unit that was less expensive (my unit made hot and cold beverages, the replacement only made hot coffee).

I ALSO could not order the color I originally had. My options were Red, Bright Blue, Green, Light Blue, and White. I was given the option of less desirable colors, that would not sell as well as your standard colors (overstocked colors). To add insult to injury, IT stopped working after just a few cups of coffee!!

Frankly, l've never seen such a debacle before!

I've had Mr Coffee coffee makers for the last fifty years, with reliable, dependable service! I have wanted a Kureg machine for a long time. I wanted the convenience of this machine, after years of putting water in a carafe each night to have coffee in the I looked forward to the convenience of this machine, after years of making our coffee each night for the following day!

After having this experience with Kureg, l'd like to request a full refund of $79.99, as well as a refund for coffee pods purchased at Sams for $42.99. Between the two coffee makers, I wasted a whole box of pods when the machine collapsed the pods and dispersed coffee grounds all in my cup!

What are the odds l'd actually get a machine that WORKS?!

My time is worth more than going through this aggravation again. I look forward to receiving a refund of $122.98!

I received an email from them after I told them I was writing reviews about my experiences with Keurig. I explained I am sending documented proof that I am being lied to. Their response was "we are sending you a coupon for a free box of kcups in a separate email from this one." I never got that email.

I bought the cappuccino/latte machine directly from Keurig. The water reservoir is defective in how it's manufactured.

The handle on it cracks the reservoir when you fill it with water and lift it up. The handle does not go straight up. It gets stuck, and you have no idea whether it's going to do this until you pick it up. It took hours on the phone, going through all the details when this first happened.

They insisted I did something wrong. It happened within a week of having the machine. They told me I 'must have gotten one that was defective.' They sent me a new one. This one did the same thing again within a couple of weeks as well, and I was handling it with kid gloves.

I contacted Keurig again. I was told, 'we are not getting any complaints about this reservoir from anyone else.' That is a lie. There are endless reviews complaining of the very same thing. I tried to write a review on Keurig.

There is no option to do so for this machine nor the reservoir on Keurig. There are for other machines and reservoirs on their site, but not for this one. I contacted Keurig online. Their response was, 'you have to have made the purchase directly from Keurig.' I wrote back saying it was purchased directly from Keurig.

Their answer: 'we will send you an email where you can write a review.' No email was sent. I just spoke with a rep through chat. Response: 'call Keurig, they are better equipped to help you with this matter.' I called Keurig. After waiting a half hour to speak to someone and giving all the details...

again... the rep refused to answer and told me I have to write to them in an email. When I said I wrote, as I said so when I first spoke with him, he just continued to lie and shuffle me through his automated responses, never addressing anything I said. What happened when I tried calling back after I was getting nowhere with him?

They hung up. No getting... just they just hung up. I get the same responses online through emails, in chat, and calling them.

Do this, do that, we do this and do that. Only, no one does anything but lie to you and waste hours of your time.

Temperamental machine, descaled it with vinegar water and it stopped working for six hours. I didn't submerge it or get components wet, just filled the reservoir with cleaning solution.

The Keurig coffee maker has sensitive buttons. They flash for no reason and stop responding.

I pull the plug and let it sit for hours to reset. This is annoying, especially when I want coffee. Once this coffee maker quits, I'm buying some other brand.

I've been patient and stayed true to this brand for too long. Goodbye, Keurig.
