There are cockroaches living inside my Keurig coffee maker. They are no where else in our kitchen. We have cleaned out every cabinet and closet. Every thing in our pantry is enclosed in a sealed plastic bag or glass jar. So, there is something inside the coffee maker...

My Keurig, which I loved, as a water bug problem. No where else in the house.

Opened the top to insert coffee pod, and saw the bug crawl into the machine. Yuck!. Turned the machine upside down to get the bug out., then saw another one inside. Sooo gross.

How many others are inside? I dont care how Im supposed to clean this, I can never trust the Keurig is completely bug free. In the trash it went.

PS I googled water bugs in Keurig. Was really surpised Im not the only one with this issue.

My coffee maker doesn't stay on

My keurig wouldnt brew properly. The customer service rep was patient with helping me troubleshoot my coffee maker and the problem got fixed. She also informed me on how to avoid the problem in the future.

Stopped working

My Keurig coffee maker stopped working this morning so I dont know whats wrong with it.It was working fine this morning had one cup of coffee out of it and I usually do I put 2 cups in the morning. It would not work for my second.

Very first auto-delivery shipment for the 72 count variety pac, 6 different boxes with 12 each turned into a joke that keurig will not even respond back. I received the package, it contained 1 box of 12 Tullys coffee. Ive opened 2 request ID with them and after 7 e-mails they refuse to answer back. So basically they ripped me off. Ive canceled future auto-delivery shipments, but I still want what I originally paid for. SCAM!!!

Same Complaint as 1,000's of others

I have purchased, used and loved Keurig coffee makers for over 20 years. I still own one I bought around 2000, and it still works (for my office). Over several years, I purchased many other Keurig single serve, and they ALL stopped working in a very short time. I can only assume they have farmed out the design and assembly of their makers to the cheapest bid. For $100 a pop, they seem to be able to afford so many returns... curious! The loss of so many Keurigs over many years doesn't seem to deter them from making interior products. Goodness. I can only assume that Keurig has farmed out the

Problem with my keurig. This is my 2nd one

Descale light came on. Followed procedure to descale. All lights went out and won't restart. This machine less than 28 months old. We have one over 8 years old and it works fine

Tech support

After descaling, the unit would not turn on . I called tech support for help, they determined that the unit had failed and was under warranty. They shipped replacement which is to be delivered tomorrow. I will return bad unit. The help was very much appreciated, quick and efficient.

Kurig stopped working r

It was a manager that called me back after my original complaint saying he was overriding warranty and sending out a new one. But I never received one. Called again today and waiting for a manager to call me back

Called after a week of waiting for promise replacement from a manager that we turned my call. Now waiting for a manager to get in touch with me because I never received anything hence my second call today.

User's recommendation: Make sure you get names of everybody you speak to and record that with the dates.

Complain about customer service.

I purchased an elite serial 90.0270.0139801, last week the coffee maker stopped working. That was the beginning of my nightmare. I called customer service and they offered me 20 percent discount for my next purchase and I didn't agree with it because I'm a disabled person I don't work which means that I don't have any money. Then they told me that they will escalate this case to a higher higher level.

Poor design

Bought the single use filter basket. it does not fit correctly in the coffee maker. It popped open, making a huge mess, and that is when i found out that a Keurig is impossible to clean. It is also of flimsy construction. So much for K-cups, which I have found out cost $54/pound.

We replaced our classic Keurig coffee maker with a new Supreme Plus and found it hard to use with a poor quality. It came with wrong accessories and poor directions. It had not gone through a quality control process. We're sending it back.

Sad complaint

We've loved our Keurig machines, which we've used for more than 10 years. We bought a new K Supreme Plus last week and it does not compare with our existing machine. We will sadly exchange it for something else.

First of all love love concept of my Keurig! Ive been thru four in a short span and I know they have a issue because everyone post about it!! Yes I bought another one and three months in hardly used my coffee maker just stops brewing! Yes Ive checked the magnet and dismantled it only to a certain point! Help line has me doing major surgery on it!! No get your act together... we pay for your product!! Im not a repair man! Done with this brand!! Waste of money!!!!
