Over the last 10 years,I have bought Keurig brewers. I love the K cup capability but the product does not hold up.
My recent brewer was a little over a year old and d when I was descaling the unit,it totally died. I contacted customer service and they said they could not do anything because I didnt have the receipt,yet the rep could clearly tell me that it was purchased November 2023. A few weeks past the date. He could only offer a 25% discount on a new unit.
I asked for a manager and was told I would get a call back from them but I didnt.
I purchased a different brand and I will never buy a Keurig again. They do not hold up long at all.

I am very disappointed with my K-Slim Single Serve Coffee Maker! This is the SECOND one l've owned.
The first one stopped working after two weeks.
I sent all the documentation requested after contacting Customer Service for a refund. I received an email (approximately two weeks later) to call Customer Service. I called and was told they could not send me the exact coffee maker, as they no longer made this model. I was told they would send me a replacement, a unit that was less expensive (my unit made hot and cold beverages, the replacement only made hot coffee).
I ALSO could not order the color I originally had. My options were Red, Bright Blue, Green, Light Blue, and White. I was given the option of less desirable colors, that would not sell as well as your standard colors (overstocked colors). To add insult to injury, IT stopped working after just a few cups of coffee!!
Frankly, l've never seen such a debacle before!
I've had Mr Coffee coffee makers for the last fifty years, with reliable, dependable service! I have wanted a Kureg machine for a long time. I wanted the convenience of this machine, after years of putting water in a carafe each night to have coffee in the I looked forward to the convenience of this machine, after years of making our coffee each night for the following day!
After having this experience with Kureg, l'd like to request a full refund of $79.99, as well as a refund for coffee pods purchased at Sams for $42.99. Between the two coffee makers, I wasted a whole box of pods when the machine collapsed the pods and dispersed coffee grounds all in my cup!
What are the odds l'd actually get a machine that WORKS?!
My time is worth more than going through this aggravation again. I look forward to receiving a refund of $122.98!

I received a damaged bag of ground coffee. I called to let them know expecting a credit on my next auto-ship.
I was on the phone for 20 min. When the rep asked for the make and model of my brewer, I asked whyits irrelevant. She couldnt tell me why. I said its just a $10 bag of coffee and this 20 min call and info about my brewer is too much.
I hung up and sent an email with pictures stating I am going to cancel and use another company if they cant make I right.
They replied back stating they can confirm my auto-ship was canceled. WOW!!

We have bought 5 Keurigs over the last 7 years. This last one is our last straw.
I've called Keurig twice now to be told to get over it and buy a new one again. I will not. I have spent over $1000 on these stupid machines. I still have every one of them in my basement.
They refuse to look at them or return them. They have refused to stand behind their product.
I will never buy anything Keurig again. Don't.

Keurig keeps saying they are sorry, but they will not honor the warranty. They did offer a 50% discount from their site.
The problem with that is, I purchased the coffee pot from Keurig on sale, which is the same amount as their site with the discount!! Not a winner as fas as I am concerned
It stopped working on 10/22/24 (as I was literally leaving for vacation) so I could not do anything right then. When I returned I contacted Keurig. They were very nice and said just send the original receipt and a copy of the S/N. I found the receipt (miricale) and notice that it was dated 9/24/23 - I was buying tons of stuff for the new house so I just didn't realize it was prior to the registering date.
After I submitted it, I received an email telling me it was past the warranty period! I explained that the pot was not actually unboxed until 10/22/23 - they didn't care. I even sent proof of my closing on 10/20/23. The 1st offered a 25% discount on a new one, then a 50% discount.
I purchased it at Costco on sale - which is why I bought it before I moved in - and that cost was the same as their 50% discount - nice of them, right? I have had several Keurig pots and I know they don't last very long. It was the fact that they were willing to honor the warranty when it was 10/15/23 - but not when the receipt was 09/24/23. That put me over the edge.
I am now looking into alternate coffee pots and I am finding them less expensive. I recommend that everyone look to the less expensive models - some are even 1/2 the cost of a Keurig!

- Do not hold up to daily use and their warranty is questionable

I purchased a Keurig Essential from Walmart and I had a problem it stopped brewing coffee. They replaced it and they sent me another one in June of 2023 and the one that they sent me started doing the same as the one before.
I stopped using it and purchased a regular coffee maker and tried to use the Keurig to descale it and it still didnt work. I called Keurig to get assistance and they couldnt help and told me that my warranty had run out and if I wanted to purchase another from them they would give me 50% off of the new one with the price being quoted as $189. I told the service rep why would I want to purchase a 3rd one when 1 & 2 did the exact same thing.
I think that it is terrible to spend all of that money on another product when there is definitely something wrong with the product. I am unhappy with the outcome that they tried to offer me and I will never buy another Keurig again and I will tell all of my friends not to as well.

We purchased the original Keurig 3 years ago. Coming up on year 1 (theres a 1 yr warranty), the descaling process was running, and the machine shut down.
Kaput.
I called, and had to send pictures and jump through tons of hoops to get replacement. They did send one.
Next year, at about 1 yr mark, SAME THING HAPPENED. Had a replacement sent. Again.
This year, my 97 yo mom (whos Keurig it is), told me in early Sept it needed descaling.
I arrive in Oct for a visit and we got the descaling kit, and SAME YHING HAPPENED. I was on the look out for it, so when the descaling solution ran out and no add water light came on, I filled it with water, thinking it would rinse and then stop but it didnt.. it went through the water so I emptied it out and followed the instructions for add water to come in. But it never did.
Instead the machine shut down. Kaput.
SAME ISSUE!!! But this time when I called, the warranty ran out on Sept 13th and it was October. They offered me a 25% off, which quickly moved up to 50% when I pushed back.
I escalated it to their corporate customer service, who I was told would call me. All I got was an email offering 50% off, because it was too far out of warranty.
Good bye Keurig.
Im done. We brought our other Keurig to use the remaining k-cups, and are evaluating options - but wont be putting any more into their overpriced, faulty machines.

Lousy product
Had K900 coffee maker for less than 6 months, received as gift. Wouldn't power on one day, called customer service, said product was under warranty (via serial number), they wouldn't do anything without a receipt (which I didn't have).
Could barely understand foreign customer service lady.
WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will NEVER buy another Keurig product.

I'm so disappointed in this company. I purchased a machine at my local thrift store.
It didn't work when I got home. I called the service line ONLY to get assistance to get the machine working. After troubleshooting, she took the machine info and said it was still under warranty. SHE offered to send me a new machine.
It was more than I expected bc I really couldn't afford a new machine. I appreciated it so much. HOWEVER when she asked me where I bought the machine, I told her Goodwill. She said no problem, just email the receipt and pictures of the machine.
I did that. I was given the run around about the clarity of the pictures etc. Then the very last excuse not to send me the promised machine was that the machine was purchased second hand and not eligible for replacement. I told the rep on the phone from the get go the machine was purchased second hand!
Now here we are over a month later, frustrated, and now disappointed that the promise made to me will not be honored. She also said she was going to flag the serial number so it could never be reported for the warranty again since they were "replacing" the machine

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They were very hard to work with. I had to go through a lot of Q&A’s which was “over the top.” I’m so glad your means to work with special issues works.
I have opened up four case numbers. I was told that my problem would be escalated to higher support.
I have been ignored for almost three weeks now.
I have spent over two hours with chat and live support, but their staff is not trained enough to help. My machine has been malfunctioning for almost three weeks now.

My duo has been replaced by Keurig because I complained about coffee grounds being left on the dispensing spout. Well, it appears that this is a terrible product design; the new one does the same thing.

My wife and I received a Keurig Supreme as a wedding gift in March 2024. It is not used only by 1 coffee drinker.
Recently the item went thru a descaling procedure just as it should.
2 days latter my wife made a cup of morning coffee. The unit shut off and would not turn back on.
Doing all the troubleshooting did nothing.
I contacted support who told me my machine was fairly new and under warranty. After talking further I was told needed pictures of the unit and my original receipt.
I explainded we had 200 guests at our wedding and had no clue where to go or who to contact. They didn't care.
I escalated to a supervisor who stated it's company policy.
Policy in my opinion can be fixed in extenuating circumstances.
I pushed further to corp and got a callback. He was rather rude and short and told me please don't call back unless you have a receipt as nothing will be done.
Extremely frustrating I do understand rules and policies however customer service here is poor on a device that is CLEARLY under warranty!!!

I bought a coffee unit that was very expensive. It lasted one year and they wouldn't replace it.
The unit wouldn't even turn on any longer to try to troubleshoot the issue. I find that to be unacceptable.
Given the price of these coffee pots, they need to do better! Each time you speak with customer service, they have no idea what's going on.
