Bugs inside my Keurig coffee maker

There are cockroaches living inside my Keurig coffee maker. They are no where else in our kitchen. We have cleaned out every cabinet and closet. Every thing in our pantry is enclosed in a sealed plastic bag or glass jar. So, there is something inside the coffee maker...

I've been waiting on my Keurig since UPS picked it up, I looked to see when I will receive my replacement it said 3-7 business day's.So they received my Keurig on 08-04-2022 now I'm like okay let me call in to see why I still haven't gotten it she just put the order in yesterday when I called really didn't think I had to call for them to put my order in this is crazy UPS picks it up release my dango Replacement I've been out buying coffee...And this is my 3rd Gold Keurig...Smh

What happened to my Keurig coffee maker?

I bought and paid the requested amount of $1.99 that has cleared my Bank. I got a Text saying today that the Keurig coffee maker was unable to be delivered. I am home and was home at the time. It shows a photo of the coffee maker showing my name and paid for in full. Then I was directed to the same site wanting me to submit the same info and credit card info as before. I want my Keurig please!

Brewer quit

During descaling brewer quit and no longer turns on. Called customer service, but could not understand her because of accent and then was hung up on. Threw brewer away and purchased another smaller one, but am not happy with it. Now stuck with it

Poor replacement service

We were camping and my Keurig was leaking water out the bottom. We only used it 3 times. I threw it out because it was leaking water all over my camping trailer. Nothing like being out camping and having no coffee maker. I called keurig and they wouldn't do anything because I didn't have a serial number. Well when it's leaking all over the camper I just threw it out. Poor customer service

I would like my keurig replaced

Only one star

Keurig - Only one star
I bought a mini keurig that only worked randomly for about three weeks. It would brew intermittent and then would just shut off and leak. I contacted their consumer care and they have had me taking pictures of my receipt, s/n, page of hand printed information taken next to my keurig. Ive been going back and forth with them for 3 hours. They say now my receipt where I purchased is unacceptable. Im done I felt like I was jumping hoops for them all morning. Its insulting. Dont waste your time calling or emailing take your keurig back and be done with them.

Too much trouble trying to place an order with your staff

Customer service team were very helpful.

Keurig coffee maker would not turn on even after all the trouble shooting tips. Machine still under warranty. Promised new new replacement coffee maker will be sent so far all good news waiting for confirmation

Greedy! Over-charging and making money off s/h and the product itself

You are one shameful company. I purchased a one cup machine and wasnt sent a reusable cup. It cost me close to $24.00 for a tiny cup which probably cost you 25 cents to make. Your shipping was outrageous since the cup is almost weightless. Your customer service person had a very heavy accent and was difficult to understand. You need one very big attitude adjustment you very greedy people. Will never purchase another product from you.

Keurig 2.0 no longer power up , I received in Dec 2021 warranty still in effect. Rep will not honor warranty due to Company discontinued Product

Their resolution was to offer me 20% off new purchase, I disputed the 20%. Was transferred to higher rank employee who offered 50%. Only because the machine was discontinued? Not my fault! I asked for a different machine even a lower priced newer up to date not a discontinued,I was refused. I also asked if they will repair it, was told no, because it was discontinued. They expect the customer to buy another machine knowing how unsatisfied I was with their false warranty coverage, take advantage of Seniors not able to dispute their false agreement.

I have gone on line several times and called customer service and left my number but it just puts me back to this. I have explained my problem several times but have not been Abe to connect to get it solved I was it pissed but am getting there!!
