Keurig - Coffee way too strong

Just received new Kuerig coffee/Latte machine. Brewed several cups, various brands. Using 12 oz setting. Coffee is too strong to drink. This isn't just my personal taste. The coffee is actually undrinkable. Latte and Capucino seem to be ok. Ordered from Amazon.

Keurig - Sooo Happy

I contacted Kureig customer service. Had a problem with a tiny seal in k cup holder. No problem sending new one.! Very nice and was great to know they met my needs. I have 2 Kureig coffee machines and would not be without. Tried other brands no comparison. Tk you support person from Massachusetts.!! Steeler fan.

Keurig is not brewing

My Keurig is not brewing anymore, I cleaned it out and it's still giving me issues, my Keurig is only a couple months old I bought it in June, this is my 2nd machine as I bought one back in October of 2017 and that also broke.
