My Keurig K-Café SMART stopped powering right after the year of guarantee expired. The support team did not offer to replace or fix it.
They expected me to buy a new one with a 50% discount provided that I would also purchase a subscription of at least 60 pods, which costs $38.99 as long as it also has auto-delivery.
This was after wasting my time over the phone for 40 minutes. It's too bad since the old Keurig I had before this one lasted for at least 10 years.

Bought a keurig coffee maker around 2 months ago. Within 8 days I had to return the machine.
It kept shutting off during brewing. I went back to the store, replaced it.
This one keeps shutting off and also the water reservoir leaks. Very disappointing
Faulty mini single serve
I'm frustrated with this product. This mini brew was purchased in December.
Trouble shooting was done and still won't pump water. I feel a replacement should be done. I was told to call back with trouble shooting. This is upsetting to me.
This was a gift. I shouldn't have to go through all of this!

Pissed consumer on 2 Keireg products. With this product you want money.
My 1st problem was with a duel coffee pot/single serve. I had an order # but no receipt.
I made several trips to wal-Mart on your advice after many phone calls. I m done

I recently got a Keurig Mini since my old Keurig stopped brewing correctly. I loved the new one, but after only 2 weeks, it died!
Now, I've returned it to Target to get a new one. It worked great, but once again, after about 2 weeks, it died! It's a piece of crap.
Target won't even let me return the second one since I don't have the receipt, even though I was told these have been returned a lot! It's the worst coffee maker ever.

I bought a keurig 6 months ago it's registered and everything and now it doesn't work it makes clear brown water not coffee doen everything to fix it ran the descale 5 times now and still same *** light brown water and customer support has been useless saying the same thing over and over that with out a reciept they can't help it's over a but it's still under warranty what a load of crap. Bought it so my wife could use the k cups, had a regular coffee pot for 10 years never one issue six months and it's junk what a garbage way to treat people paying 100 plus dollars for a coffee pot with a 1 year warrenty then not stand behind it

Keurig used to be my favorite brewer, but the quality of the brewers has significantly decreased. I have purchased three brewers in the last three years.
I think it's time to move on to another brand. I'm very disappointed.

Insufficient product accessory listings on box or webside.
Accessories are not listed on box or website as being either necessary or included in. Oz with coffee maker. Quite confusing and Way too time Consuming to find a simple answer!

Coffee maker turns and you can hear the heat element crackle. Then the coffee maker shuts off before brewing.

Lousy product
Had K900 coffee maker for less than 6 months, received as gift. Wouldn't power on one day, called customer service, said product was under warranty (via serial number), they wouldn't do anything without a receipt (which I didn't have).
Could barely understand foreign customer service lady.
WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will NEVER buy another Keurig product.

I just purchased the Keurig K-Duo Plus and it didn’t contain a coffee basket!
I just purchased this coffee maker and it was advertised all over the place that you could brew your own grounds in it BUT NO WHERE DID IT SAY YOU HAD TO PURCHASE THE K-CUP BASKET IF YOU WANTED TO BREW YOUR OWN GROUNDS! This was a more expensive coffee maker because it brewed by carafe or you could use grounds, but no where did it say you had to make an additional purchase in order to brew your own grounds! This puppy is going back to the store.

USPS said they delivered my coffee at 10:17 today. I have been home all day.
I have a ring camera doorbell. No one has been to my front door. No one is helping me resolve this issue. I have sent them the tracking number and they have not even responded in any form or fashion, except to say it was an invalid tracking number couldnt be invalid.
I screenshot it it and sent it to them.
No answer. My coffee has not been delivered as they climb it has been.
Outrageously poor packing
I ordered a Keurig to give as a gift. It arrived in a huge, crushed box.
Inside the big box was a smaller box, but still much larger than needed for the machine, and the two small boxes of coffee Id also ordered. Opening the small box I see a coffee maker and its parts just dumped in the box.i expected packaging like Id get if I went to Target or Walmart. It was clear there may be damage to it as there was no packing material to hold anything in place.i refuse to give that mess as a gift so called customer service. Annoyed that they do not have support in the us, I explained the situation.
The woman processed a return providing me with a prepaid label.when I returned the box to UPS, they were surprised at how it had arrived saying it looked like theyd sent me a used machine.i will never again purchase anything from Keurig.com. I went to Costco and got a nicely packed machine with the entire package less than half the size of the mess they sent me.

16 months for a $200 coffee maker and it’s shot! 1-2 pots a week and a couple pods a week! What a joke
Bought a new maker online. Only latest 16 months!
Called customer service and said out of warranty but willing to sell me a new one for discount.
Just so happens to be their regular price. How insulting to be talked down to.
Will never buy a Keurig again!

The thing is, you don’t have a one year warranty because you do not have your receipt. The moment YOU chose to not save that receipt, is the moment YOU threw your warranty away. You could have bought it two years ago for all they know.
