Terrible product and customer service

I bought a Keurig just over a year ago, it wasn't cheap. Stopped working completely, won't even turn on to troubleshoot.

It was $150 and that was the sale price. I called customer service she told me I was two weeks past the year mark but if I send in my purchase information they will send me a new unit. I did all that and they won't replace it. I think that's terrible of them, it's expensive and only lasted 1 year.

Absolutely ridiculous. such a waste of money.

I purchased a Keurig in May-June, registered it on 31 July. Descaled it a few days ago, went to use it yesterday only to find it literally burned up.

I called/interacted with "customer service", they demand a purchase receipt. I've had Kerig products for about 12 years, being denied because I don't have the purchase receipt?? Yeah, I'm THAT dedicated but am going to lie about their trashy policy and product.

What a waste. So disappointing to see how this company respects brand-loyalty.

Keurig quit working after descaling process!

First of all, you'd think they'd have a tech department who could tell you why the coffee maker just quit working after you have used the descaling liquid. If you have to press two buttons to initiate the descaling process, it would only make sense that there'd be a process to reset the darn thing too!

Keurig isn't interested in that, they just want you to spend more money on a new one. I won't be stupid enough to do that! Any Keurig product I have to pay for can just stay where they are! In reading other sites, they have more complaints than they have compliments!

The reviews are terrible! No customer service, and what they call customer service reps actually insult your intelligence.

Had to replace the K-Express I purchased in July this year

We have been super happy with our new machine. This was a great upgrade from our much older style Keurig machine.

The design, size, and speed is really amazing. The older version was twice as big which took like 2x the space of the new one. It is also alot quicker. Well, the hubby went to make a cup yesterday and it wouldn't even power on.

He unplugged it and plugged my blender into the same outlet and it worked as normal. We waited until this am and tried it, still no power. So, I checked on the return date on Amazon, where I purchased it, and the return date expired 5 days ago. I decided to call Keurig and find out my options.

The representative had us try powering it up again, and unfortunately it did not come on. So, she took all my information and told me they will email and let me know what information to attach and send back. I did, and figured it would be awhile to hear back. I heard back in less than 5min.

They called and I called right back. I was told that a new one is on the way. I am very satisfied with the people and policies of this company. I will always recommend Keurig coffee makers.

The product I got was great, and even though it died on me, the company totally stood behind their product and making sure I was satisfied. Thanks Keurig!!!

Almost non existent customer service -- smoke and mirrors!

i purchased a coffee maker from them and then attempted to register it. The serial number was not being recognized.

6 emails to them with proof of purchase and photos of the label on the machine and they still did not respond.

No responses to my email, my calls get handled by some person who has no clue how to solve the problem, they hang up on me, fail to pass it on to a supervisor! I have never seen a customer service so despicable behind a name so prominent!

Keurig coffee makers are garbage. Save your money

Within two years, I have had two of the most expensive Keurigs stop working. Customer service is pointless.

I bought three of their least expensive models. Now, one just quit while I was trying to descale it, and the other two are already not making coffee on demand.

I'm done with this brand! Don't buy a Keurig!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally agreed to send a replacement unit

Received a Keurig mini this past Christmas of 2023 as a gift. Six months later, it began leaking from the bottom all over the counter.

I called customer service and was told it was covered by warranty and I would be receiving an email about a replacement unit. However, nothing came. I called again and was told by Nel that the first person never did anything, but not to worry, he had processed everything and I would once again receive an email about a replacement. Nothing happened.

After the last phone call, I was informed that the unit is out of warranty and now I need proof of purchase. I told them it was a gift, but they didn't care. So worst company ever. One for building a poor quality unit and two for terrible customer service.

Buy from any other brand. DO NOT BUY KEURIG.

My coffee maker stopped working before my year warranty. I spoke to the representative about it and they said they sent an email and for me to respond to the email with the required documents.

I did but after about 7 tries and another email it was not successful. They said that they were not getting a email from me even though on my end it stated the emails were delivered. They told me to then just send the coffee machine to their company with the required documentation. Then they will send me my replacement.

I just received an email stating that they received my machine but no documentation was in the package; so they can not process my order. Which is not true because I know for a fact I printed all documents from my printer and put them in the package. I emailed them to let them know that I did place all documents with the package. I also called them to let them know.

They stated that it has to escalate to corporate and I have to wait for them to contact me back. I am very upset about this back and forth.

I am happy I paid for an extended three year warranty through Walmart because if anything happens in the future I can communicate with a company that actually does right by their costumers. Instead of making false allegations.

I’ve had numerous Keurig coffee makers. I’m done. Switched to Cruisinart. Much better machine. Keurig doesn’t last long at all and warranty and service is terrible

Their coffee makers don't last and they know it. They try to make you happy by offering a discount if you buy another one.

They don't care. I'm much happier with the Cuisinart I bought to replace my Keurig.

Bank has them flagged as fraudulent company. Can't order there until Keurig sends their customer their order.

It's been two months now with no help from customer service. Meanwhile, since my bank views Keurig as a fraudulent company, I had to be issued a new credit card, which still can't be used at Keurig. So, people, if you don't receive your order, don't expect Keurig to send you another if it shows it has been delivered.

Every time, without exception, that we’ve had a Keurig breakdown, we’re always told it’s out of warranty. NOBODY ever tells us how long the warranty is in effect. Used to be, the reps were from the US

Ive made 3 calls in the last 14 hours and what Ive gotten isCircular talk, representatives who talk over me, each time I call back with the information they insist on, they want something else and finally, Its out of warranty but I have a great deal on a new one!, which is an ok deal but nowhere near a great deal. Im going to check out the Neapresso.

User's recommendation: Register it. Purchase an extended warranty if possible. Better yet, get a Bunn and enjoy MORE coffee for Much MUCH less.

0 call center reps.. Do not understand you. Or we cannot understand them.

See notes in pissed customer customer service is terrible. They hardly speak English.

Let alone understand it.

I guess Ill have to purchase my coffee coffee other places. Because after three years, Im tired of dealing with this call center.

2 botched keurigs

This is the second keurig I have purchased that has broke due to a descaling issue. I descale my keurig regularly.

The first one just stopped working all together and all customer service could do was offer 25% their keurig. Lmao thanks for the 25% off of a $170 item. The second one kept saying descale after I had descaled it numerous times and ran water through it after.

Did all the hard resets and still didnt fix the problem. NEVER BUYING A KEURIG EVER AGAIN!

Purchased a coffee maker back in June coffee maker don’t work

They sell trash coffee makers brought a coffee maker for 120 less then 6 months ago in the coffee maker is not working so I went to Walmart for the 1 year warranty they did not replace it so I called the 1-86*-***-**** to get a replacement in was told the supervisor would have it sent out in 1-3 days yea im pissed spent 120 plus tax on that coffee maker so I sent in proof of purchase 6 times cause they said they could not see the receipt Sad sent in serial number also on the phone for half a hour twice to get it sent out in still dont know if its on its way

Can't find receipt. Placating tripe. Too bad too sad.

Keep 25%coupon. Never buy keurig again!
